You know the items that need to be inspected for the safe operation of a dredger; let's take a look at them now.

Pay attention to certain safety inspections. The inspection items are as follows:

1. Dredger appearance inspection: Check if there is any damage or missing parts on the engine exterior, if the screws are loose, if the motor output or control wires are damaged or loose, and if there is any oil stain or corrosion on the surface of each part.

2. Fuel system: Check if the fuel level is sufficient and if there are any oil leaks or loose fittings.

3. Lubrication system (including: circulating lubrication system, centralized lubrication system, etc.): Add and change oil on time to ensure good lubrication, normal oil pressure, clear oil level indicator, unobstructed oil passages, and that the oil quality meets the requirements.

4. Dredger cooling system: Check if the water level in the cooling radiator (which reduces the heat generated during equipment operation) is sufficient and if rust inhibitor has been added.

5. Battery: Check if the battery electrolyte is at the normal level, if the voltage is correct, and if the terminals are loose.

6. Charging motor: Check if it is operating normally.

7. Dredger exhaust system: Check if the muffler is damaged and if the exhaust pipe is securely installed.

8. Area around the unit: Check if tools and accessories are placed safely and neatly, if there are any messy or improperly connected wires and pipes; and if surrounding debris and garbage have been removed.

9. Check if the ventilation in the engine room is good and if the fire fighting equipment is placed properly.
