1. Promoting Information Integration through Information Technology
(1) Implementing the Digitalization Project for Cutter Suction Dredgers. Vigorously promote the construction of a shared information platform for design, production, and management. Starting from the main production, design, and management of shipbuilding, a planned and systematic approach will be used to gradually establish an information integration system for the entire shipbuilding process, achieving integration of design, production, and management, as well as integration of hull, outfitting, and painting operations.
(2) Improving Information Integration. Strengthen information integration between shipyards, between shipyards and design institutes, and between shipyards and suppliers. Through technologies such as remote collaborative networks, achieve a high degree of integration of information flow, logistics, and value flow, gradually realizing seamless digital connection of regional design, manufacturing, and management information.
2. Focusing on Shortening the Shipbuilding Cycle and Promoting the Development of Related Manufacturing Technologies
(1) Implementing the Block Assembly Shipbuilding Method. In conjunction with technological transformation, configure dedicated block assembly manufacturing sites, equip them with large-tonnage excavation equipment, and implement block assembly shipbuilding to increase the number and weight of assembled blocks, reducing the workload of block assembly in the dry dock, and maximizing the utilization of the dry dock's core production resources.
(2) Developing Unit Assembly, Pre-outfitting, and Modularization Technologies. Vigorously promote outfitting technologies such as engine room basin outfitting and overall excavation equipment for the superstructure to shorten installation time in the dry dock. Following the principle of shifting outfitting operations forward, actively promote pre-outfitting technology for blocks and assemblies to improve the completeness of installation before blocks and assemblies enter the dry dock and the completeness of installation before the cutter suction dredger is launched.
(3) Developing Precision Shipbuilding and Coating Technologies. Vigorously promote shipbuilding precision management and control technologies, using compensation instead of allowances to achieve allowance-free assembly in the dry dock. By improving the quality of the steel pretreatment production line and using tracking and touch-up painting methods, reduce the amount of secondary rust removal work on blocks and improve coating efficiency. (4) Strengthen research on the overall assembly process of cutter suction dredgers in the shipyard (dock). Focusing on key aspects such as rapid installation, serial (and parallel) shipbuilding, scaffolding, tooling equipment, airtightness testing, and welding, develop and apply new processes and methods for manufacturing cutter suction dredgers that can improve production efficiency.
