Dredgers possess advantages in terms of depth, strength, and quality (explanation: a favorable situation that can overwhelm the opponent). Through years of dedicated research, our company has developed a high-tech system, utilizing a fully hydraulic design, offering large processing capacity and high efficiency. We have extensive experience in the manufacturing of dredgers and possess unique methods for their use and maintenance. Below is a brief introduction:
1. Depending on the geographical conditions, the dredger's movements should be flexible when moving forward or backward. Any large rocks or mud must be cleared.
2. The chain bolts, pins, and fasteners of the transmission system must be checked regularly to ensure they are securely fastened.
3. When stopping the dredger, the front diesel engine should be stopped first, followed by the rear diesel engine.
4. In case of strong winds (above level 5), the dredger should be temporarily shut down to prevent malfunctions. Maintenance or replacement of parts should only be performed when the dredger is shut down to prevent personal injury or accidents.
5. During operation, the bolts in all parts should be checked frequently, and lubricating oil should be added regularly. In particular, the hopper bolts, chain pins, the connection plate between the underwater four-corner wheel and the 500 reducer (including gear reducers and worm gear reducers), and other bolts must be securely fastened. Grease and lubricating oil should be frequently applied to the underwater four-corner wheel and other relevant parts. During flood season or when the dredger is not in use, it should be secured in a safe place to prevent it from being washed away or causing unnecessary losses.
