Although cutter suction dredgers are powerful, they are not suitable for all areas or all types of terrain. Before using a cutter suction dredger, it's crucial to consider the terrain and surrounding environment to avoid irreparable damage. Using it in the right place will yield benefits, while using it in an unsuitable location will not only fail to produce results but also cause significant damage to the dredger.

Many industries have their corresponding fields of application, and each industry has its own production and sales channels, as well as specific areas of use. This allows for mutual benefit, continuous cycles, and mutual development. This is an industry rule that cannot be violated, otherwise the consequences will be severe. Choosing the right product for the right application is essential.

The same applies to cutter suction dredgers. They cannot operate in unsuitable locations; this will not only reduce efficiency but also cause major malfunctions and negative impacts. Since the beginning of cutter suction dredger manufacturing, we have frequently received complaints from customers about the dredgers not working properly. They say that the cutter head can't cut through certain materials, or that the material can't be pumped out, and so on. Let me address this issue: the customers aren't entirely wrong, but their understanding of cutter suction dredgers isn't entirely accurate. Cutter suction dredgers are indeed designed for hard geological formations, but there are limits. Excessive viscosity can easily clog the pipes, and large rocks cannot be pumped out. These are situations that cutter suction dredgers cannot handle.
