1. Commencement of Operations: Before commencing operations, the dredge first organizes personnel and assigns them to their respective positions. A service vessel is then used to transport the dredge to the designated construction area to measure water depth and observe the terrain. Once the water depth and construction conditions are suitable, the dredge prepares for positioning. Before positioning at the designated construction site, positioning piles must be erected. The positioning piles must be erected in a sufficiently deep water area. A service vessel is used to tow the dredge to the surveyed area to prepare for pile erection. First, the standby generator set is started, and the hydraulic system emergency hydraulic pumps are activated to ensure the hydraulic system is functioning correctly. The left and right transverse mooring cables are released, passing through the front transverse pulleys and then routed back to the base of the positioning piles, where they are secured. Then, the bridge winch releases the cable, lowering the bridge structure into the water. The transverse winches are then started, slowly releasing the cables to allow the positioning piles to be slowly erected. The left transverse winch is used to raise the left positioning pile, and the right transverse winch is used to raise the right positioning pile. Safety precautions must be observed during the pile erection process. The steel wire ropes (composed of steel wires, rope core, and lubricant) on the positioning pile lifting cylinders are connected. The hydraulic cylinders are used to lift the positioning piles and adjust them to the required height in the construction area. The dredge then moves to the construction area, lowers the positioning piles, and inserts them into the mud to secure the dredge. The main engine is started, and the left and right transverse winches release the cables to deploy the positioning anchors.

2. Construction Production: After the commencement of operations, the next step is construction production. The conditions required for construction production are that the wind speed should not exceed six on the Beaufort scale, the water current should not be too strong, and attention should be paid to tidal conditions in areas with tides. Once all construction conditions are met, normal production work can begin. During production, attention should be paid to the lifting height of the positioning piles. It is not permitted for both piles to be inserted into the mud simultaneously. The engine and hydraulic system operating conditions should be monitored. All instruments should be observed, and attention should be paid to the movements of any passing vessels.

3. Project Completion Procedure: After the dredger completes this phase of the project, it can cease production. Before stopping production, the dredger's pipelines must be flushed with water until only clean water is visible. Only then can the pipelines be disassembled and the piles removed.
