PUMP
The overall efficiency and cost-effectiveness of a dredging operation largely depend on the performance of the dredge pump. Our dredge pump is equipped with a wear-resistant cast impeller, casing and liners, combined with a heavy-duty shaft and high-quality roller bearings to ensure reliable and durable operation.
Diesel Engine
The marine diesel engine powers the dredge pump through a gearbox to efficiently suction and transport dredged materials. A separate marine hydraulic engine drives the hydraulic pump through a gearbox, supplying hydraulic oil to the various hydraulic systems and components. Engine options are available from leading brands such as WEICHAI, CUMMINS, Mitsubishi and others.
Cutter Head
The cutter head features a high-efficiency design that minimizes material spillage and maximizes production at different ladder angles, making it suitable for a wide range of dredging applications. Cutter teeth can be easily installed and removed from the adapters, while the adapters are securely welded to the cutter blades.
Winches
The dredger is equipped with one ladder hoisting winch and two swing winches. Each winch is hydraulically driven through a reduction gearbox integrated into the winch structure. All winches are controlled from the operator's cabin and feature variable-speed operation for precise and flexible dredging control.
