PUMP
The cost-effectiveness of dredging depends on the performance of the dredge pumps.The dredge pump is made from wear resistant casting impeller,casing and liners fitted on heavy duty shaft and high quality roller bearings.
Diesel Engine
The main marine type engine drive the dredge pump with gearbox to suck the dredging materials , the hydraulic marine type engine drive the hydraulic pump with gearbox to transmit hydraulic oil to each hydraulic device. The Engine brand avaiable for WEICHAl, CUMMINS, Mitsubishi etc.
Cutter Head
The cutter head is high efficiency design for minimize spill and maximize production in all ladder angles to meet multi-purpose dredging. Cutter teeth can be easy mounted and dismounted to the adapter. The adapters are welded on the cutter blade.
Winches
The dredger have one ladder hosting winch & two units of swing winch.The winch is hydraulically driven through a reduction gearbox build in the winch structure.The winch is operated from the control cabin and has variable speed.

Dredger Hull
The dredger hull is welded by CCSB marine steel plates which consist with one main pontoon & side pontoons.these pontoons are coupled together by a stiffened bolt flange connected. Zinc cathodic protection will be provided for the protection of hull
